Misc.: [yrs. Botsford reported that she attended the meetings for the SHADO (Small <br /> Housing Authority Directors Organization),, SMEDA (southeastern Dass. Executive <br /> Director's Association, the Cape cod Neighborhood support coalition ccsc , the <br /> I ashpee Hunan Services Council P HSQ, UCDVC (Upper cape Domestic Violence <br /> Coalition) and a sub-committee meeting for organizing the legislative breakfast <br /> scheduled for March 30. She also attended a finance and budgeting seminar and a <br /> one-day class on dealing with conflict. CHoo (cape Housing officials Organization),, did <br /> not meet this past month and the Affordable Housing Committee meeting was cancelled <br /> due to inclement Breather. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that Bre have 3 AHVP vouchers, 23 MRVP Mobile, 30 Project <br /> Based Vouchers, 7 Section 8 certificates, 4 Section 8 Vouchers and 24 Housing choice <br /> Vouchers leased in fiashpee. <br /> OLD BUSYNESS: <br /> Ashers Path Route 28 U! date. Mrs, Botsford stated that she has spoken to Ann <br /> Houston who said that ars MHPF attorney was reviewing the RFP for any ""glitches", Mrs. <br /> Botsford stated that a committee needs to be formed to review the proposals once they <br /> are received* A Lotion was rade by Mr. Peoples and seconded by Ms. Likins <br /> to fora a committee to review the proposals. Voting committee members <br /> would be Leila Botsford, Stuart Peoples, Mary Likins, Torn Joy, and Toni <br /> O'rHara, Ed Allard would be asked to serve for input only. The notion was <br /> adopted. <br /> Affordable Housing. Committee: Mrs. Botsford stated she had no report since the <br /> meeting had been cancelled. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Adoption of neer MRVP Income Limits: firs* Botsford reviewed the new MRVP income <br /> limits issued by DHCD,, effective for April 1, 2001, A motion was made by Mr. <br /> Peoples and seconded by Ms. Likins to adopt the new MRVP Income Limits as <br /> issued by DHCD and effective April 1, 2001. The motion carried. <br /> Approval of new Executive Director salary. Schedule &_Increase nest. hers. Botsford <br /> started than she had sent a letter to the chairperson asking that she be able to take <br /> advantage of the Executive Director salary Schedule, which was issued by DHCD to be <br /> effective last July 1, 2000. she requested also that a % salary increase be considered. <br /> After a short discussion, a motion was made by Ms. Likens and seconded by Ms. <br /> Williams to grant the salary increase per the salary schedule and a <br /> salary increase to the Executive Director effective July 1, 2000.
