A motion was made <br /> y Mr. peoples and tended by Ms. Likins to accept the minutes as printed. The <br /> motion was adopted.. <br /> T EASEW REPORT11 <br /> 1300 Lo A=a Narrative:e: Irs. Botsford provided a treasurer's report with regards to the <br /> bank accounts and the Budget to Actual Report, prepared by.the fee-accountant, which <br /> represented the ninth month of the fiscal year. Mrs. Botsford pointed out that the only line <br /> item that is over budget is line item #4130 for legal expenses. This line item will be over <br /> budget for the year, since we did not budget for any legal expenses, A short discussion ensued <br /> regarding the last line on the 40001 not adding across. -Mrs. Botsford stated that she would <br /> bring this to the fee accountant's attention and ask for an explanation and adjustment. <br /> Accounts &Yables: Payables totaling $6,033.71 were presented to the ward for review, <br /> approval and.signat rest' The warrant was presented to the chairperson for her signature. <br /> Rent Dglinguen Mrs, Botsford.stated that all rents are paid in full both at rneyer Village <br /> and Breezy Acres, A Motion vas made by . LiI ins and seconded by Ms, Willilliarns to <br /> accept the Secretaryis report as presented,with the exception of the fee <br /> accountants Budget to Actual report.
