We need to discuss sending a letter to them with <br /> regards to this, <br /> We received only one proposal— from The Community Builders. I reset <br /> with T m Joy and Steve Marshall to review the FFP we received. We <br /> voted to accept heir proposal, pending a successful interview. <br /> I I shpee Housing Authority hosted March's SHADO meeting. <br /> I conducted all of the inspections for 667 & 705 properties. <br /> _MAR1.(KashPm_AffaWab1e HQUaing JE11st): No report <br /> AHVP Vouchers: We have 2 AHVP vouchers, <br /> VP Vouchers (Mobile): curr ndy we have 25 voucher holders in <br /> iashee. <br /> lR.VP Project t Rased Vouchers: We currently have 38 PB Vouchers leased. <br /> Section : We currently have 34 Housing choice Vouchers leased in Mashpee. <br /> Mrs. Botsford asked if there were any questions about her report. There being none, she <br /> dded that, after receiving Lorri's approval, she had,prepared and submitted the housing, <br /> authority's annual report to the tern. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> ffbrd fie_.. si r te^ Mrs. Botsfbrd stated that the committee met and entertained <br /> proposal from a local developer who will be requesting a 40B permit to build a development of <br /> one and two bedroom units on F oute 130-, The units will be rental only and some space in the <br /> development is being proposed for commercial use. Finton and Ms. Li ins. Mrs, Botsford commented that she was <br /> happy with the evaluation and thanked ed the board for noticing and appreciating her efforts and <br /> hard work L <br /> Executive DIEWor. o, tr..�rarct,Fen wal: Mrs. Botsford stated that her current contract expired on <br /> February 16 and that, having completed four years, she wishes to receive a five-year contract. <br /> A short discussion ensued and a motion was made by FIs. Likins and Bonded by Mr. <br /> Peoples to approve a fire-myear contract to expire February 16, 2007.
