A motion was made by Mr. Peoples and seconded by Mr. Harsh to accept the <br /> treasurer's reports for both May and dune as presented, The motion was adopted, <br /> COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE; Mrs. Botsford stated that she had a couple <br /> communication items that she wanted the board to be aware of. <br /> We received a letter from holey Hoag, Attorneys at Law informing us that they have been <br /> selected for an award from the MA Supreme Judicial Court's Standing Committee on Pro Bono <br /> Legal Services, and thanking us for our letter of support. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that she sent our letter to Joyce Mayon expressing our concerns, <br /> they followed up recently with an e-mail to her. She received an e-mail reply and <br /> copies of the correspondence were provided to the board. Mrs, Botsford is waiting for <br /> Ms. Mason to contact her for an appointment time. <br /> The next meeting will be Thursday, July 11, 2042 at 5:30 PM. <br /> A motion was made by Mr. Peoples and seconded by Mr. Harsch to adjourn. This past month we had Bingo, as usual. <br /> All windows have been washed. Air conditioners have been installed in the office and <br /> community room areas. We had a very good turnout for the"Flower Power" program <br /> this year. About 11 residents came and we did container gardening. Y met with a small <br /> group of residents to talk about organizing a game night at Homeyer Village. It was <br /> derided to start one after summer. <br /> Breezv Acres17t15: 100°k occupancy. Apower-wash of the buildings has been <br /> scheduled for June 5.
