A motion was made by Mr. Peoples and seconded by Mr. Harsh to accept the <br /> treasurer's reports for both May and dune as presented, The motion was adopted, <br /> COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE; Mrs. Botsford stated that she had a couple <br /> communication items that she wanted the board to be aware of. <br /> We received a letter from holey Hoag, Attorneys at Law informing us that they have been <br /> selected for an award from the MA Supreme Judicial Court's Standing Committee on Pro Bono <br /> Legal Services, and thanking us for our letter of support. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that she sent our letter to Joyce Mayon expressing our concerns, <br /> they followed up recently with an e-mail to her. She received an e-mail reply and <br /> copies of the correspondence were provided to the board.
