Minutes o the eetin <br /> MASHPEE HAUTHORITY <br /> Board Commissioners <br /> July 11, 2002 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the chairpersonat 5:40 p. . and a quorum declared with <br /> the following members present: Lord Finton, B. Stuart Peoples, arra David Harsch. Lal erne <br /> Williams and Dan Hor eyer were absent, Also in attendance was Leila Botsford, Executive <br /> Director. <br /> SECilf S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for regular meeting held on June 13, 2002 were presented. A motion was made by <br /> Mr. Peoples and seconded by Mr. Harsch tci accept the minutes as presented. The <br /> motion was adopted. <br /> TRMURE 'S REPORTo <br /> Budget to Actual nd Narrative: Mrs, Botsford provided a treasurer's report with regards to the <br /> bank accounts and the Budget to Actual Report, prepared by the fee-accountant, which <br /> represented the twelfth month of the fiscal year. Ms. Botsford pointed out that we were over-. <br /> budget <br /> er- <br /> budget by $10.00 in line item ##4410, but that the total for 4400 accounts reflects that we have <br /> $6,240.00 unspent. Mrs. Botsford also noted that the line item ##4320 (electricity) was over by <br /> $849.00; however the total for #4300 (utilities) accounts reflects that we have $5,.943..00 <br /> unspent. Mrs. Botsford also presented the board With the bank account balance reports for <br /> July. <br /> Accounts Par tiles: Payables totaling $1x.,278.25 were presented to the Board for review, <br /> approval and signatures. The warrant was presented to the chairperson for her signature. <br /> Rent Mrs. Botsford stated that all rents are paid in full at Horneyer Village and <br /> Breezy Acres. _ <br /> A motion was,ma _* r. Peoples a n ~moon ed.by Mr. a�h to a pt the <br /> treasurer's reports for both May and June as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> 1EXECUTIVE I IRECTOWS REPORT: <br /> Mrs. Botsford stated that she had mailed her report to the board for the month of May and it is <br /> attached to these minutes as Attachment . <br /> 'Mrs. Botsford asked if there were any questions about her report. There being none, she <br /> added the following report: <br /> 0 1 have submitted a letter to the town requesting that they transfer a piece of property t <br /> our non-profit for the development of a duplex that Stuart Bornstein wishes to donate to <br /> us. <br /> 0 One of my goals for this year is to get a housing authority web-site up and running* My <br /> son, Adorn, who is going to be going to the Cape Cod Tech.
