i OLD BUSINESS: Signato[y authorization for check written Mrs. Botsford Informed the board that she submitted the signatory forms and then Bret with a representative from cB&T to review our accounts, how they are set up, and who is on the signatory authorization list. All members of the board are on the signatory authorization list, except for Dan Horneyer's. If the board wishes to add him in the future, they can do so, NEW USINESS: Done OTHER BUSINESS: None COM MUNI ATI Ns/CORRESPONDENCE: Mrs. Botsford provided a copy of audit report she received regarding the MassNAHRO Insurance Group Trust audit. There were no findings. The Board discussed the repeated absences of Mr. Hoy ever and Diss Williams. Mrs. Botsford reported that neither one has called to let her know when they will not be attending. A brief discussion ensued and it was decided the Mrs. Botsford send a letter on behalf of the board requesting that they tender their resignations since it appears that they are both unable to fulfill their commitment as board members. } It was agreed by the board that, if the DHCD budget guidelines require a budget submission before the next regular meeting, Mrs. Botsford will contact the board members to arrange a special meeting. Otherwise, as usual there will be no meeting in August. The next meeting will be Thursday, Wember 11, 2003 at 5:30 PIS. A motion was mace by Mr* Peoples and seconded by Mr. Halpern to adjour , The motion carried.
