Stuart Peoples, Dan Homeyer, David Marsch and Richard <br /> Halpern. LaVerne Williams was absent. Also in attendance was Leila Botsford, Executive <br /> Director. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on November 1 , 2003 were presented. A motion was <br /> made by Mr. Peoples and seconded by Nor. Homeyer to accept the minutes as <br /> presented, The motion was adopted. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT: <br /> Budget to Actual and Narrative: Mrs. Botsford provided a treasurer's report including the Budget <br /> to Actual Deport, prepared by the fee-accountant, and a written Bank Account Status report. <br /> Mrs. Botsford explained that the Budget to Actual report represents through the fifth month of <br /> the fiscal year and that we are now using this years budget amounts since a new budget has <br /> been approved. Mrs. Botsford pointed out that the accountant's report indicated that other <br /> than account 65 1Ectrardinary Maintenance there were no extraordinary expense during the <br /> month. 6510/Extraordinary Maintenance is over budget, and will remain that way throughout <br /> the budget year, due to the replacement of the carpeting and other work done at the Breezy <br /> Acres unit, Mrs. Botsford pointed out that vire are slightly over budget on line aril #4390 and <br /> this is due to the fact that the septic was pumped this past month. Mr. Halpern questioned <br /> where the Mashpee Commonssewage system cane to. Mrs. Botsford stated she wasn't sure, <br /> but would try to find out net time she spoke to someone there, <br /> Accounts Payables: Payables totaling $10,40626 were presented to the Board for review, <br /> approval and signatures. The warrant was presented to the chairperson for his signature, <br /> Rent Delinquencies: Mrs. Botsford stated that all rents are paid in full at Homeyer village and <br /> Breezy Acres. Homeyer eyer village and Breezy Acres are both at 100% occupancy <br /> A motion was made by Mr. Halpern and seconded by Mr. Peoples to accept the <br /> treasurer's report as presentecL The motion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT. <br /> Mrs. Botsford remarked that she had mailed her reports to the board for the month of <br /> November. It is attached to these minutes as Attachment A. <br /> Mrs, Botsford added the following report, which was briefly discussed: <br /> DHD has approved our budget for FY 2004 <br /> 1 have spent a few hours this past month doing work for the Mashpee Affordable Housing Trust. <br /> I sent Attorney Oppenheim some plans and the specifications used when Breezy Acres was built <br /> to give him an idea of ghat to include in the Development Agreement with Mr. Bornstein.
