After a <br /> brief discussion it was decided that a letter would be sent to the tenant allowing her to do so <br /> with the understanding that the housing authority assumes no liability, that the existing <br /> carpeting be removed and the new carpeting be installed by professionals, and that the <br /> carpeting then becomes a part of the unit i. . cannot be removed when tenant vacates).
