Oppenheim with a note to contact me with an update when he has a minute. I have completed and filed the tax return and submitted it with the renewal fee. I did finally receive Laverne Williams resignation and have forwarded to the tern clerks office asking her to add the position to the next town meeting elections. NEW BUSINESS: Annual Report: lrs. Botsford informed the board that she has submitted the annual report to the Town Administrator for 2003. A copy of the report was provided to all members. OLD BUSINESS: Small claims Ca Mrs. Botsford informed the board that she has received notification that the case has been scheduled for April 7, 2004. OTHER BUSINESS: Mrs. Botsford supplied the board members with a copy of her employment contract, as requested by Mr. Halpern at the previous meeting. COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE: Mrs. Botsford stated that, other than the correspondence from LaVerne Williams,, there was nothing else to report.
