I attended a meeting of the residents who wish to start to form a.tenant organization. They have been provided the information on the process and elected officers. Breegy Acre ?off: 10occupancy. Rents were all paid in full, I have arranged for several trees and hushes to be either removed or trimmed as they have grown too close to the buildings. Meetings attendei_ This month I attended the following meetings: the SHAD (Small Housing Authority Directors Organization) meeting, SMEDA (southeastern Hass. E-xecutive Director's Association) board meeting and regular meeting, the lashpee COA (council on Aging) board meeting, IHS (Mashpee Human Services), and the CCNSC (Cape cod Neighborhood support coalition)-: SE x • The state auditors have completed their audit to corer the period of July 1, 001- February 2 , 2004 and there were no findings. They will be noting two small exceptions with regards to some reporting by the Fee Accountant, but other than that everything is in great shape. VP Vouchers (Mobile): currently we have 15 voucher holders in Mashpee. MRVP Project Based Vouchers: we currently have 37 PB Vouchers leased.
