The Homeyer tillage residents have requested recognition of an LTO (Local Tenant's <br /> Organization), The have submitted the required documents so I have recognized there <br /> and, per regulations, I have suggested we negotiate a contract between us. <br /> My family and I are moving to Centerville on June 28. I will need to take some vacation <br /> time that following week. <br /> Because I will no longer be a Mashpee resident I have had to tender my resignation on <br /> the cape cod Commission HOME Advisory Board and the Mashpee council on Aging <br /> board. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: Ione <br /> NEW BUSINESS: None <br /> Nor. Homeyer asked if we had heard anything from DHCD regarding the [ ashpee Commons <br /> proposal. Mrs. Botsford stated that we had not, but she had sent a copy of their written <br /> proposal note to Pawl McPartland last week with a note requesting a follow up. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: <br /> Town Affordable Housing _ vitt Up : Nis. Battles gave the board a brief update which <br /> included information on a survey the AHC is conducting and information on the public housing <br /> forum on affordable housing which is being held on June 29. Mrs. Botsford provided all board <br /> members with a copy of the flyer announcing the forum. <br /> Mashpee Affordable Housing Trust u date: Mrs. Botsford provided the following updates: <br /> • Proposed contract is still with Stuart Bornstein"s attorney, we are waiting to hear from <br /> his attorney. <br /> • I received a.letter from the selectmen authorizing abatement for the building permits. <br /> 0 I heard back from the cape cod Commission regarding a grant that I applied for and we <br /> have been awarded ,000.00 <br /> The property does need to be surveyed so that the boundaries are obvious when <br /> deciding where to place the house. Anyone who can help with contacting one who can <br /> give us a reasonable price,, or do it pro-bono, would be great+ <br /> - <br /> -.--COMM UNIT ONSNOR ESPONDE CE, - <br /> 0 we have received a couple more letters from other housing authorities that we <br /> administer Section 8 Vouchers with regarding them towering their administrative fee, <br /> We will need to consider this when doing our budget for fiscal year 2005. <br /> 0 I sent a letter to the lashpee Affordable Housing Committee regarding Deborah being a <br /> liaison. A copy of the letter is in your folder. <br /> • The Mashpee Affordable Housing Committee is sponsoring a public forum on Tuesday, <br /> June 29. Flyers are in your folders. <br /> The next meeting will be Thursday, July 8, 2004 at : o PNS. It was mentioned that if the <br /> budget guidelines come out in late July, the board might grant to have a meeting in August and <br /> take the month of September off instead.
