NSCRIP TrONNL <br /> The meeting was called to order by the chairperson at 5:55 p.m. A quorum declared with the <br /> following members present: E. Stuart Peoples, David Harsch,, and Deborah Battles. Also in <br /> attendance was Leila Botsford, Executive Director, Richard Halpern and Dan Homeyer were <br /> absent. Mrs. Botsford informed the board that she had gotten a message from Mr. Horeyer's <br /> wife that he would not be there as he has had a heart attack. <br /> SECRETS RIf S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on June 10, 2004 were presented. A motion was made <br /> by Mr. Peoples and seconded by FIs* Battles to accept the minutes as presented, <br /> The notion was adopted. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT: <br /> Budget to.ActupI_a nd_Na rr tive: Mrs. Botsford p r vi ded a treasurer's report i nd ud i ng the Budget <br /> to Actual Report, prepared by the fee-accountant, which Mrs. Botsford represents through the <br /> twelfth month of the fiscal year. Irs. Botsford stated that a final, year-end report could not be <br /> completed yet because Bank North had not sent the.bank statement.for June yet. For that <br /> reason, a written Bank Account Status report was not provided ether. Mrs. Botsford pointed <br /> out that although we were budgeted to end the year at a loss of$3,700.00 the housing <br /> authority actually ended the year earning $1 If 827,00, despite many set backs throughout the <br /> year. The board congratulated Mrs. Botsford on a job well done. <br /> Accounts Payables: Payables totaling $11,,180.75 were presented to the Board for review, <br /> approval and signatures* The warrant was presented to the chairperson for his signature. <br /> Y Rent I elingueocies: Mrs. Botsford stated that Homeyer tillage and Breezy Acres are both at <br /> 100 occupancy and all rents are paid in full at Breezy Acres. She stated that one resident at <br /> Homeyer Village had not paid her rent, but is in the hospital. Mrs. Botsford is trying to reach <br /> her net of kir, but so far has not had any luck. <br /> notion was made by Ids. Battles and seconded by Mr. Peoples to accept the <br /> treasurer's report as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE I RECT RS REPORT: <br /> Mrs. Botsford remarked that she had mailed her reports to the board for the month of June is <br /> attached to these minutes as A#pchmen <br /> Mrs. Botsford added the following report, which was briefly discussed: <br /> 1e have not yet received the budget guidelines for FY 2005 budget preparation, As <br /> soon as they core in I will notify you all. We may need to meet in August in order to <br /> o the budget. i will beep you informed, <br /> Fuge 1 of 1 <br />
