Botsford provided treasurer's report including the Budget <br /> to Actual Report, prepared by the fee-accountant, which represents through the fifth month of <br /> the fiscal year. Mrs. Botsford reviewed the report and provided an explanation for any <br /> variances. <br /> Accounts P abl s: Payables totaling $9,691.65 were presented to the Board for review, <br /> approval and signatures. The warrant was presented to the chairperson for his signature. <br /> Rent Delinquencies: Mrs. Botsford stated that Homeyer Village and Breezy Acres are both at <br /> 100 occupancy and all rents are paid-in full at both developments, <br /> A motion was made by Nor. Homeyer and monde! by Mr. Halpern to accept the <br /> treasurer's report as presented, The motion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS REPORT: <br /> Mrs. Botsford remarked that she had mailed her report to the board for the month of November <br /> and it is attached to these minutes as ffiUchment A. <br /> Mrs. Botsford added the following report, which was briefly discussed: <br /> • I called a meeting with Homeyer pillage residents to discuss the budget situation and t <br /> get feedback from them as to what-they saw as priorities for maintenance, as this is one <br /> line-item that we will need to decrease. Only five 5 residents showed up for the <br /> meeting. <br /> • A grievance hearing was held at the request of a tenant who we are'in the process of <br /> evicting. Attorney Pat Grace was here to help represent the housing authority, The <br /> grievance office will be issuing a decision within a couple weeks. If the grievance officer <br /> agrees that the tenant has violated her lease, then Pat will proceed with the eviction on <br /> our behalf. A short discussion ensued about this. <br /> • snow removal has been contracted this year I with Davey landscaping, who was the <br /> lowest price quoted. <br /> • DHCD has contacted rare to run a new program for a small DMH group hone program <br /> here in lash pee. The program is new to me, so I've been trying to learn it all. I've <br /> inspected the property and it did pass inspection. I am in the process of getting the rest <br /> f the paperwork done. This new program will bring in $75,00 more each month in <br /> administrative fee. <br /> • The Mashpee courier printed a small article I wrote for them. It is in the-Winter <br /> 2004/2005 edition. A copy is-in your folder. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Leo D wer Mrd_Retreat:._,Mrs. Botsford reported that she has been in contact with Leo Dower <br /> regarding the board retreat. Leo goes to Florida for the winter, so the earliest he could <br /> schedule a retreat was for May 9,, 2005 from 4- i.
