• A waiting list update has been done and the wait lists have been reduced significantly, <br /> • As requested, I sent the letter to the selectmen regarding snow removal. I have not yet <br /> received a response, <br /> • DHCD will be conducting Audit Inspections on May 10. This involves"spot inspections' <br /> of five of our units— 3 at Homeyer Village and 2 at Breezy Acres. Bottom line was that in order to submit a stronger application for funding, the HA's <br /> non-profit Mashpee Affordable Housing Trust) reeds to partner more with the Mashpee <br /> War npano g and gain strong support for the project. It was suggested that at least one more <br /> I ar panoag join the MAHT board and preferably an elderly person. The HUD 202 grant is due <br /> early this year— May 31 — and there is not enough time-to accomplish this task before then.
