Stuart Peoples, Deborah Battles and Laid <br /> Hars h. Dan Hom y r was absent. Also in attendance was Leila Botsford, Executive Director. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on May 12, 2005 were presented. J motion was made <br /> by Mr. Halpern Bonded by Mr. Peoples to accept the minutes as presented. The <br /> emotion was adopted. <br /> TREASURER"s REPORT: <br /> Budget-toActual and Narrative: Mrs. Botsford provided a treasurer's report including the Budget <br /> to Actual Report, prepared by the fee-accountant, which represents-through the eleventh month <br /> of the fiscal year. Mrs. Botsford reviewed and provided an explanation for other variances. <br /> Accounts Payables; Payables totaling $6,389.45 were presented to the Board for review, <br /> approval and signatur s.'The warrant was presented to.-the vice-chairperson for his signature. <br /> RentDelinquencies: Mrs. Botsford stated that II re nt aid in full at Hom y r I illag ar- <br /> Breezy Acres. <br /> A motion was rade by Mr. Halpern and seconded by Ms. Battles to accept the <br /> treasurer's report as presented. The motion was adopted, <br /> EXECUTIVE IVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT: <br /> Mrs. Botsford remarked that she had mailed her report to the board for the month of May and it <br /> is attached to these minutes as Attachment A. <br /> Mrs. Botsford added the following report, which was briefly discussed: <br /> The Breezy Acres unit vacated last month is almost ready for occupancy. We wereable <br /> to save some of the rungs, but one bedroom, the living room and the hall way had to b <br /> replaced. The whole unit was heavily stained with cigarette smoke, so the walls and <br /> ceilings had to have Kilz applied before being painted. This was contracted out. Bob <br /> has been busy with cleaning the remaining rugs, cleaning the whole unit which was left <br /> very dirty), repairing screens, removing belongings left behind, and repairing the boiler, <br /> which needed some work done by a professional plumber, as well. This unit has taken <br /> up most of Bob's 18 hours each week for the past fear weeks. ale has done his best t <br /> keep up with other work orders and has immediately responded to emergencies while <br /> still raking this unit turn-over his priority. <br /> As requested by the board, a meeting was requested with Mashpee Commons people. <br /> Douglas Storrs said he would be happy to core to our July 14 meeting; He will answer <br /> any questions we have about their 40B, and I've told him that vire are interested in <br /> Fuge I of 3 <br />
