At this point, DHD is still wrung with the
architect to finalize plans and work out the septic issues. DHCD does not have any
monies for the development of these units, but Mass Housing Partnership has been
tallying with therm about providing us with a technical assistance grant to hire someone
to help us sort out where we can gat funding and then help with the applications for
funding. At this point, it is too soon to start working on funding applications. There is a
lot of planning that still has to take place to see if the development will be financially
viable.
The fee accountant will be working on the year-end report, and it should be ready to
review and accept at our meeting in September.
Page I of 3
