Mrs. Botsford spent a lot of time going through boxes <br /> I <br /> I <br /> of documents ents in the storage area and was able to locate a copy of the agreement and <br /> mailed it to thein with a copy of our PILOT payment history. A copy of the letter sent to <br /> x them is in the board packet, Mr. Laporte thanked Mrs. Botsford for:doing this. <br /> The next meeting will be Thursday, November 10, 2005 at :oo'P . <br /> A motion was made by Mr. Halpern and seconded b -Mr. Laporte to adjourn. We had <br /> Bingo, as usual. All Hoeyer village were provided with copies of the rules for: Fire Lane <br /> Usage, Garbage/Trash/Rubbish, and Laundry Room usage, washer and dryer coin slots have <br /> been increased to $1.25 cost per load. <br /> Breezy Acres, we had all rents paid in full and we are at l00% occupancy. <br /> Meeting attended: I hosted the SHA (Small Housing Authority Directors organization) <br /> meeting and attended the UCDVC (Upper Cape Domestic Violence Coalition) final meeting and <br /> WHCTF (Women"s Health Care Task Force) meeting. I also attended the annual Leo Dower <br /> Seminar. <br /> a <br /> MI : <br /> • Trice a year the town tests our Back Flow Device. Most of the tires, it falls, we <br /> replaced the device about 2 years ago, and since it has again failed inspection by the <br /> town, I asked to speak to someone about it. Apparently, out of the more than 250 <br /> devices tested in the tern, ours is the only one that fails consistently. Since we have <br /> the same typo of device as other.locals Mashpee Commons and Christ the ding — iron <br /> — it is probably a problem with the water sitting in the water lines. Per recommendation <br /> y the town, I have made arrangements for Winslow Plumbing and Heating to flush the <br /> water lines (with the assistance of the town) and hopefully this will take care of the <br /> problem <br /> 0 Quarterly vacancy Reports and monthly Energy Consumption reports were submitted. <br /> The Quarterly Financial Reports will be prepared by Torn Joy and submitted in early <br /> October. <br /> Page 4 of <br />
