Executive Director <br /> muchment : <br /> Executive Di rector's Report <br /> For the month of October 2005 <br /> Program update: <br /> Homeyer Ili , 667^ We had all rents paid in full and we are at 100% occupancy. We had <br /> Bingo, as usual. All H meyer Village will be provided with notification of the new No Smoking <br /> Policy, In the November newsletter. A Trending machine has been installed in the community <br /> morn, as requested by the board. Residents sent a petition to the tern's Board of Selectmen <br /> regarding the town providing snow removal, <br /> ree .Acres/705: we had all rents paid in full and we are at 100% occupancy. <br /> Meetings attended: I attended the SHA (Small Housing Authority Directors Organization) <br /> meeting, and the IIIJHC TF (Women"s Health Care Task Force) meeting. I will be attendingthe <br /> MassNAHRO Fall conference on November 1 & 15. <br /> MISC: <br /> The tern arranged for the flushing of the water lines and has approved the removal of <br /> the Back Flow Device. This should stop the problems we have been having and the <br /> town will no longer need to come out for bi-annual Inspections. <br /> The monthly Energy Consumption reports were r submitted. <br /> I have not yet heard from the town regarding our request that they waive our P.I.L. .T. <br /> (Payment in Lieu of Taxes) this year, I have gotten quotes from snowplow contractors <br /> and one has come in MUCH lower than last year's bidders. <br /> • Mahpee Village has provided us with the 3 MRVP Project Based units that were due t <br /> US. <br /> Under the MIVP Mobile Voucher changes, I will be issuing 3 mobile vouchers to the net <br /> people on the lists. <br /> I had a meeting with Rick Presbrey, Executive Director of Housing Assistance <br /> Corporation, Giselle Gautheir, their Director of Development, and chip Gagnier, their <br /> HUD 202 specialist. Deb Battles attended this meeting as well. We discussed the <br /> development of the Asher's Path prefect and it was clear that the only funding currently <br /> available for this housing development was through HUD 202 Grant. They seem <br /> Interested In working with us. We now need to decide to issue another RFP and they <br /> will respond as well as possibly others). This item will be on our agenda for the <br /> November meeting. <br /> DHCD Inas contacted rye, and Thomas Joy (Fee Accountant) about our FY 2005 budget, <br /> A revision needs to be done for money that was given to us as a DFICD Directed cost. <br /> This item will be on our agenda for the November meeting. <br /> AHVP Vouchers: we have 1 AHVP voucher, <br /> M VP Vouchers (Mobile):ile : currently we have g voucher holders In Mashpee. <br /> M VP Project Based Vouchers.
