This tenant should be mooring in sometime in March. <br /> rent/Acr s y : We had all rents paid in full in February and we are at l00% occupancy. I have <br /> one Breezy Acres tenant who will be moving out in March. I'm In the process of doing tenant selection to <br /> fill the unit. I am not sure what condition the unit is in and whether or not we will have to spend a lot of <br /> money to get it ready for the new tenant. This males 5 unit turn-avers for this fiscal year, for which we <br /> only budgeted for 2. Executive Director's Association) meeting. <br /> The monthly R P AHVP Dl H reports were submitted. <br /> The monthly Energy Consumption reports were submitted. <br /> I have hired a temporary, part-time maintenance person to handle maintenance issues until Bob <br /> returns in early April. <br /> I received a letter from town regarding our request that they waive our P.I.L. .T. (Payment in <br /> Ueu of Taxes) this year. They have not waived the P.I.L. .T. so we will need to pay it. <br /> Annual Recertificabons are done for all Homeyer Village and Breezy Acres residents. Lease <br /> Addendums were all seat out and most have been returned. <br /> • Annual inspections will be scheduled for all Homeyer Village and Breezy Acres units during the <br /> month of larch. <br /> A Contract for Financial Assistance and other related information has been received from DHCD. <br /> Board vote will be needed on this, so it will be on the agenda for our next meeting. <br /> Page 4 of <br />
