r- <br /> There were 2 votes cast for E.A. Fish Mr. Halpern and Mr. Laporte) and I vote cast for Housing <br /> Assistance Corporation Mr. Homeyer . Mrs. Botsford stated that when she gets back from her training <br /> workshop she would notify bath applicants in writing and start the processes to negotiate the contract <br /> and ground lease with E.A. Fish. <br /> A short discussion ensued about contract negotiations. Mrs. Botsford clarified that she wound handle the <br /> day-to-day work on the project and that the board would approve contracts and major decisions. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Contract AiuthorizaUon for Caoital Iminver ent(boiler reim ur rent): Mrs. Botsford reminded the <br /> board that they received a copy of the contract from DHCD and all of the attachments involved. All <br /> paperwork involved was reviewed for submission to DHCD and all documents signed and sealed where <br /> needed. <br /> The following resolution was introduced by Leila Botsford read in full and considered: <br /> RESOLUTION AUIFH RIZII C CONTRACT FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT T w PLAN <br /> FOR <br /> STATE-AIDED CAP17AL IMPROVEMENT WORK PLAN NO, 1001, Project No. 172005 FOR HOUSING <br /> PROGRAM Chapter 705 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE MEMBERS OF THE MASHPEE HOUSING <br /> AUTHOR, AS FOLLOWS, <br /> Section 1. The Authority shall enter into a contract with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in <br /> the fora submitted at this meeting and contract in the name of Ma hpee Housing Authority under its <br /> corporate seal, and the Secretary is hereby authorized to attest the same. <br /> Section 2. The Authority hereby requests the Director of the Department of Housing and <br /> Community Development, (Commissioner of the Department of Community affair enter into such <br /> contract with the Authority and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to approve such contract. <br /> Section I The Officers of this Authority shall be, and they are hereby authorized and directed, <br /> on and after the execution of said contract by the respective parties thereto, to do and perform on behalf <br /> of the Authority all acts and the things required of the Authority to perform fully all of its obligations <br /> thereunder. <br /> Section 4. A emotion was made by fir. Halpern and seconded by <br /> Mr, Laporte to give Mrs, Botsford permission to remove the machine or do anything else as <br /> appropriate.
