• As I mentioned in my February report, I`m in the process of doing tenant selection to till the unit. <br /> I am not sure what condition the unit is in and whether or not we will have to spend a lot of <br /> money to get it ready for the new tenant. This rakes 5 unit turn-overs for this fiscal year, for <br /> which we only budgeted for 2. Please be prepared for over-runs in contract costs (account # <br /> 4430), extraordinary maintenance (account ## 6510), and probably maintenance materials <br /> (account #4420), as well. <br /> I am in the process of doing a waiting list update. After the waidng lists are updated, based on <br /> the response we get we may want to re-open some of our lists. <br /> • r a tepee commons received a petition from the Homeyer tillage residents regarding the traffic <br /> issues on Job's Fishing load and their concerns. 1 lne ve asked me to coordinate a time when <br /> they can come in and speak to all the residents about it. I will be arranging something in the <br /> next several weeks. <br /> A reminder that I will be at the Section Voucher workshop/training all next week. <br /> • Ive been workJng on issuing the""unfrozen""MRVP Mobile vouchers to the next people on the <br /> waiting list. <br /> had a telephone call with the mead of maintenance at l ashpee High School regarding the <br /> possibility of tying in with their septic treatment facility for the Breezy Acres expansion project; <br /> After talking to hila it doesn't appear this is going to be an option. They will most likely be <br /> shutting down the system and tying in with the Mashpee Commons system, The cost of doing <br /> this is at least 1 Million plus a monthly fee. <br /> • This morning Deborah Battles submitted her resignation, effective immediately, via email. I've <br /> sent a reply asking her to notify the town clerk's office and I've forwarded her email to them in <br /> case she does not. Fish Associates/ Peabody Properties, Inc., Laurie <br /> McGuire ire- Peabody Properties, Inc., and Steve Regal -The Architectural Team, Inc, A presentation was <br /> made, questions were asked and answered and the interview ended at approximately 5:40 PM. <br /> At 5:40 PM Housing Assistance corporation joined the board for an interview, presentation, and question <br /> and answer period. Present were lick Presbrey, Executive Director of Housing Assistance Corporation <br /> and Meg ChafFe, Project Assistant for Housing Assistance Corporation, as well as attorney Rob Mills. <br /> A presentation was made, questions were asked and answered and the interview ended at approximately <br /> :15 Pry. <br /> The board then roved back to the agenda, item 8—Old Business <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> CPA sal: Mrs. Botsford reported that she has contacted Mr. Taylor, chairman of the CPA to ask <br /> when our appointment was to do our presentation. She will continue to try to reach him. She believes <br /> the date is in April. <br /> A hey Path: Eupgases to ftuest for P l : A notion was made by Mr. Laporte and <br /> seconded by Ir. Halpern to Grote on the proposals received. The motion was adopted. The <br /> board discussed the two applicants and the proposals they submitted, as well as the presentations <br /> tonight.
