The only change suggested was, under accounts payable, to reduce the allowable <br /> spending amount for the executive director without board approval to go from $5,000 to $2,500 per the <br /> recommendation of the auditors. After a brief discussion a notion was made by Mr. Homeyer, <br /> which was seconded by Mr. Halpern, to adopt the neer Fiscal policies & Procedures which the <br /> changes. The notion carried. <br /> la sNAHo Pe itiorr: Mrs. Botsford stated that this was the petition that she had emailed to the board <br /> for consideration, along with the memorandum from MassNAHRO explaining it. Mrs. Botsford stated that <br /> since she had been elected as President of the Small Housing Authority Directors organization she felt it <br /> was particularly important that this board to sign the petition. A motion was made by Mr. Laporte, <br /> which was seconded by Mr, Halpern, to sign the petition as an appeal for salary equity. The MAHC has asked for her <br /> recommendation of ars individual from the housing authority to serve on the newly created Mashpee <br /> Affordable Housing Trust Fund. It is her understanding that she cannot serve because she does not live <br /> in Mashpee. After a short discussion, no members showed an interest in serving on the Mashpee <br /> Affordable Housing Frust fund committee. Mrs. Botsford will relay this to Ms. Eli enberry. <br /> Mr. Laporte stated that he wished to compliment Mrs. Botsford on a really good newsletter this month. <br /> He said that it was a really quality publication and he enjoyed it. <br /> The next regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 9,. 2006 at 5:30 PM.
