' misc.: • I attended the SHADO Small Housing Authority Directors organization) meeting, the SMEDA meeting (Southeastern Massachusetts Executive Director's Association), and the Mashpee Human Service meeting. • At the SHADo meeting, we had Army ch$tr Can of DHCD as our guest. It was a very good meeting and Ms. Schectman encouraged SHADo to work on submitting proposals for new pilot programs and such. A subcommittee has been formed me included) and we will be working on this throughout the rest of the summer. • Asher's Path is still moving along approximately six weeks ahead of schedule. A model unit should be ready by the end of July. The lottery was held on.June 28. We had 77 people apply, Interviews are being held during the second week in July for all applicants. Qualification of the applicants will take place in the following weeks. A waiting list has also been established. After all the,-lottery applicants have been processed, we will then take people from the gaiting list. Peabody Properties will be contributing $31,000 to our budget maintenance salary and benefits for Vincent, who will be doing full time effective September 1 . Because Peabody Properties is contributing most of his salary, Vincent is not eligible for Barnstable County Retirement benefits (until he becomes a full time housing authority employee). He will, however, be offered health insurance. Vincent will split his time between Asher's Path and the housing authority, as 1-will. AH11P Vouchers: we have 1 AHVP voucher. IMRVP Vouchers(Mobile): Currently we have 13 voucher holders in Mashpee. MR11P Project Based Vouchers: We currently have 36 PB Vouchers leased.
