Ayes Nays <br /> David Harsch None <br /> Francis Laporte <br /> Charlotte Carron <br /> ]ill Allen <br /> The Chairperson thereupon declared said motion carried and said resolution adopted. <br /> Fx cuti re it r p yro�l; Mr. Laporte stated that he asked Ms. Botsford to add this item to the agenda. <br /> Mr. Laporte stated that he wanted to know whether Peabody Properties would treat Ms. Botsford's salary <br /> the same way they are Vincent's— i.e. Ms. Botsford's full salary would be paid by MHA and Peabody <br /> Properties would reimburse the housing authority for Asher`s Path portion of her salary. A short <br /> discussion ensued and Mr. Harsch directed Ms. Botsford to contact Peabody Properties about this. <br /> Asher" Path — Board Expectations re_as rrding time frame pWerty rnanagernent turn-over; Mr. Laporte <br />' stated that he asked Ms. Botsford to add this item to the agenda. A lengthy discussion ensued regarding <br /> the interaction between Peabody Properties and Mashpee Housing Authority. Ms. Botsford explained that <br /> there should be a full turnover within two years. Peabody Properties has offered to assist with anything <br /> we still need help with at that time. <br /> i <br /> Asher"s Path — resident activities: Mr. Laporte Mated that he asked Ms. Botsford to add this item to the <br /> agenda. Ms. Botsford stated that she had done a survey with the residents at Ashe s Path and expects <br /> that there will be many activities that go on. She will keep the hoard posted. <br /> Ms. Allen suggested having some of the MHA board meetings at Asher"s Path. A short discussion ensued <br /> and it was agreed that in a few months it might be a good idea to plan having some meetings at that <br /> site. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: <br /> Mr. Laporte mentioned that the Key Club at the high school is looking for a community service project. <br /> Someone will be in touch to coordinate some raking at our properties. <br /> CPA (Communily Preservation Act u date Ike ort from liaison: Mr. Halpern was absent so there was n <br /> update or report. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE: s. Botsford mentioned that she had received a notice <br /> from DHD regarding new annual Mandatory Data Reporting. This reporting has to be done for every <br /> housing authority tenant as well as all MRVP participants. The report is due next Friday,. December 14, <br /> 2007 so Ms. Botsford wiU be working on that this weekend. <br /> Ms. Botsford stated that she has seat a letter to Joyce Mason regarding the proposed P.I.L. .T. (Payment <br /> In Lieu of Taxes) agreement for the Asher`s Path expansion. - <br /> The next regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 10, 2008 at : o PM.
