A quorum was declared with the following <br /> members present: Jill Alien, Richard Halpern, David Harsch and Francis Laporte. Also in attendance: Leila <br /> Botsford, Executive Director/Board Secretary, Paul McLaughlin and Allan MacDonald, Asher"s Path <br /> residents. <br /> There was no public comment. <br /> SECRETARY'S ETARY'S 1 EPO T: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on June 123, 2008 were presented. A motion was made by Ms. <br /> Allen and Bonded by Mr. Laporte to accept the minutes as printed. The notion was <br /> adopted. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT: <br /> T: <br /> Budget to Actual and Narrative: Nis. Botsford provided a treasurer's report including the bank account <br /> report and the Budget to Actual Report, prepared by the fee-accountant, which represents through the <br /> last month of the fiscal year. She reviewed the budget to actual and provided an explanation for <br /> variances. Mrs. Botsford stated that Tom Joy was working on the year-end reports and they will be <br /> submitted to DHCD electronically before August 15, 2008. <br /> Accounts Payables: 'Nis. Botsford presented the warrants for the 4001 account, MR P account, and <br /> Section 8 account were presented to'th board for review and signatures. For June 13 through August 1, <br /> 2008: $41,856.92 for 4001, $11,400.00 for Section 8, and $44,353.00 for MRVP. <br /> Rent Delia uendes: We had all rents paid in full at Homeyer Village, Breezy Acres, and Asher"s Path. <br /> motion was made by Mr. Laporte and seconded by Ms. Allen to accept the treasurer's report <br /> as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS REPORT: <br /> Ms. Botsford remarked that she had mailed her report to the board for the months of Jute and July and i <br /> is attached to these minutes as Attach e t A. <br /> Ms. Botsford provided an additional brief written report, which was discussed. The report was as follows: <br /> Boiler replacement at Breezy Acres is scheduled to start August 11, 2008. <br /> • Side doors at Asher's Path: the ramps and handrails have all been installed. The key card <br /> system on the side doors are in but we are still having"glitches"with the system. The installer <br /> has been very responsive and is meeting with Vincent tomorrow to hopefully resolve the <br /> problems. <br /> • Auer our last meeting, Mr. Fish decided to also install automatic door openers for the disabled. <br /> Those are partially installed and should be operational within a couple weeps. <br /> • Vincent&I will be meeting with representatives from the Mashpee Eire Department to review the <br /> evacuation plan for sher's Path to see if the one in place could be improved. <br /> • l assNAHl o has re-appointed me to their Professional Development&Member Services <br /> coal m ittee <br />
