Herne er ViIlane 667: We had all rents paid in full at Hor eyer Village. we Mill have one vacancy - <br /> the wheel-chair accessible that I am still in the process of selecting a tenant for. The tenant that gave <br /> notice to move in January will be moving out a month later, but I have started the process of qualifying <br /> an applicant. As usual, the monthly newsletter was sent out to all residents. The holiday party was <br /> cancelled due to the snow storm. <br /> Breezv Acres/X05: We had all rents paid in full at Bre ZyC-res, except for one resident who we have <br /> issued a 14 day notice to quit. The case has been given to Pat Grace, our attorney to process in court <br /> and a court date is set for mid-January. we have one vacancy that I ars still in the process of selecting a <br /> tenant for. There are quite a few repairs needed in the unit and that work has been started. <br /> A her's Path; we had all rents paid in full at Asher"s Path. we have two vacancies, which I am in the <br /> process of trying to fill. I've asked Peabody Properties to place an ad in the Cape Cod Tunes, in order to <br /> get more or an applicant pool. As usual, the monthly newsletter was sent out to all residents, there was <br /> a birthday party, bingo, a Yankee Swap Party and the holiday open House. <br /> is .* <br /> The monthly MI VP AI VP/DMH reports were submitted. ' <br /> 0 The monthly Energy Consumption reports were submitted. <br /> • The new part-time Custodian/Groundskeeper has started work. <br /> AHVP Vouchers: we have 2 AHVP vouchers. <br /> MRVP VOUCHERS ILE : Currently we have IS voucher holders in Mashpee. <br /> M VP Project Based Vouchers: We currently have 38 PB vouchers leased. <br /> DHM Program: we currently have 3 leased. <br /> Section B: We currently have 9 Housing Choice Vouchers leased to Mashpee. <br /> • of the 61 applications we received for the part-tune Custodian/Groundskeeper position, <br /> Vincent and I have interviewed six. Three were very good applicants, and I have checked <br /> references on our top pick. If the CORI check cores back OK, I wilf be offering him the <br /> position and hope to start him by the beginning of January. <br /> AHVP Vouchers: We have 2 AHVP vouchers. <br /> M VP VOUCHERS(MOBILE): Currently we have 18 voucher holders in Mashpee. <br /> MRVP Project Based Vouchers: we currently have 38 PB vouchers leased. <br /> DHM Program: we currently have 3 leased. <br /> Section : we currently have g Housing Choice Vouchers leased in Mashpee. <br /> - 3- <br />
