For the months f January 2006 Program update: HornHorneyer Village/667m. We had all rents paid in full at H rney r Village. IIID have a tenant for the wheel-chair accessible who will be moving in in mid-February. We have one neer vacancy on the second floor and I have started the process of qualifying an applicant. As usual, the monthly newsletter was sent out to all residents. Breegy Acre : We had all rents paid in full at Breezy Acres, We went to court and agreed t dismiss the case if the tenant paid in full by February 2, 2009, IIID are finishing up with the refurbishing of the one vacancy, a tenant has been selected, and they will be moving in in mid-February. 5 Asher-'s Path: IIID had all rents paid in full at Asher's Path. We have two vacancies, which I am still in the process of trying to fill. I've asked Peabody Properties to place ars ad in the Cape Cod Times, in order to get more or ars applicant pool. As usual, the monthly newsletter was seat out to all residents, there was a birthday party and bingo. Dass Housing Investment corp I IHI is scheduled to come down in the first week of February for their annual site inspection. All year-end reports have been done, at the direction and with guidance from, Peabody Properties. Misc.: 0 The monthly M VP AHI P DMH.reports were submitted. • The monthly Energy Consumption reports were submitted. • I attended the following meetings: SMEDA (Southeastern Mass Executive Directors Association) , Cape housing authority director's meeting, SHADO (Smafl Housing Authority Director's Organization), and a meeting at Peabody Properties to review and complete- the Site Binder AH1 P Vouchers: We have 2 AHVP vouchers. I I IIP VOUCHERS (MOBILE): Currently we have 16 voucher holders in Mashpee. }. MRVP Project Based Vouchers: We currently have 38 PB vouchers leased. DHM Program: We currently have 3 leased. Section : We currently have 9 Housing Choice Vouchers leased in I ashpee. - -
