h Attachment A: Executive Director's Report For t the months of February 2008 Program update: Flome er Villa 667: we had all rents paid in full at Horneyer Village. we have one new vacancy on the second floor and I have started the process of qualifying an applicant. As usual,the monthly newsletter was seat out to all residents. we had a Valentine's tea that was pretty well attended, as well. Annual inspections have been schedule for March. BEgM Acres ow we had all rents paid in full at Breezy Acres. we are fully occupied, but one tenant intends to move in early February, so we will have another unit turnover. I've already started doing the tenant selection for the next resident and hopefully the unit won't be vacant long. Asher Path: We had all rents paid in full at Asher's Path and we have no vacancies. As usual, the monthly newsletter-was sent out to all residents, there was a birthday party and bingo. A presentation by the Mashpee Senior center was one on"'How to be a good neighbor. I have been very busy preparing for the Property Management Review (PMR) scheduled for Monday, March 30. This review is being done by one of the Agencies MHFA- Mass Housing and Finance Agency)that will be approving the housing authority taking over management of Asher"s Patin. This is ars extremely fn-depth look at management and maintenance and the review is expected to take all day. i • The monthly MRVP AHVP/DMH reports were submitted. The monthly Energy Consumption reports were submitted. • I attended the following meetings: SMEDA(Southeastern Mass Executive Directors Association) ,, cape housing authority director's meeting, SHADo(Small Housing Authority Director's Organization), and the Mass AH O legislative day at the State House. • Shredding continues of the records we got permission to dispose of. AHVP Vouchers: We have 2 AH1 P vouchers. MRVP VOUCHERS (MOBILE)a. currently we have 17 voucher holders in Mashpee. MRVP Project Based Vouchers: We currently have 38 PB vouchers leased. DHM Program: we currently have 3 leased. Section : We currently have 9 Housing choice Vouchers leased in Mashpee. Brpm Tod: We had all rents paid in full at Breezy Acres. we have one vacancy, but the unit is almost ready to be occupied. A tenant has been selected and accepted the unit.
