h <br /> Attachment A: <br /> Executive Director's Report <br /> For t the months of February 2008 <br /> Program update: <br /> Flome er Villa 667: we had all rents paid in full at Horneyer Village. we have one new vacancy on <br /> the second floor and I have started the process of qualifying an applicant. As usual,the monthly <br /> newsletter was seat out to all residents. we had a Valentine's tea that was pretty well attended, as well. <br /> Annual inspections have been schedule for March. <br /> BEgM Acres ow we had all rents paid in full at Breezy Acres. we are fully occupied, but one tenant <br /> intends to move in early February, so we will have another unit turnover. I've already started doing the <br /> tenant selection for the next resident and hopefully the unit won't be vacant long. <br /> Asher Path: We had all rents paid in full at Asher's Path and we have no vacancies. As usual, the <br /> monthly newsletter-was sent out to all residents, there was a birthday party and bingo. A presentation by <br /> the Mashpee Senior center was one on"'How to be a good neighbor. I have been very busy preparing <br /> for the Property Management Review (PMR) scheduled for Monday, March 30. This review is being done <br /> by one of the Agencies MHFA- Mass Housing and Finance Agency)that will be approving the housing <br /> authority taking over management of Asher"s Patin. This is ars extremely fn-depth look at management <br /> and maintenance and the review is expected to take all day. <br /> i <br /> • The monthly MRVP AHVP/DMH reports were submitted. <br /> The monthly Energy Consumption reports were submitted. <br /> • I attended the following meetings: SMEDA(Southeastern Mass Executive Directors <br /> Association) ,, cape housing authority director's meeting, SHADo(Small Housing Authority <br /> Director's Organization), and the Mass AH O legislative day at the State House. <br /> • Shredding continues of the records we got permission to dispose of. <br /> AHVP Vouchers: We have 2 AH1 P vouchers. <br /> MRVP VOUCHERS (MOBILE)a. currently we have 17 voucher holders in Mashpee. <br /> MRVP Project Based Vouchers: We currently have 38 PB vouchers leased. <br /> DHM Program: we currently have 3 leased. <br /> Section : We currently have 9 Housing choice Vouchers leased in Mashpee. <br /> Attachment B; <br /> Executive Director's Report <br /> For the months of March 2008 <br /> Program update: . <br /> Home er lfi11a_ a : bile had all rents paid in full at Homeyer pillage.
