Blackman and Mr, Terrones: <br /> As you know, approximately three years ago the Mashpee Housing Authority(MHA) partnered with E.A. <br /> Fish and Associates and Peabody properties(PPI) to develop Asher"s path Apartments in I ashpee. Since <br /> June of 2007 our Executive Director has been working closely with Peabody Properties to assist in the <br /> tenant selection, lease-up, and day-to-day management of the site, with the plan to take over <br /> management from PPI by the end of this year. Our Executive Director has worked !Hard to meet all of the <br /> goals and expectations set forth by MHTC in order for this turn-over its management to be acceptable to <br /> you and we believe she has gone above and beyond to address all of the areas of potential concern. <br /> Mrs. Botsford has been trained and certified as a Certified Credit Compliance Professional by Spectrum <br /> Enterprises and she continues to mend regular trairings for the LIHTC pro�ras Two other MHA staff <br /> members (Rose Chenard and Gina Orlando) have now also been grained by Spectrum Enterprises and <br /> they will also continue their education and training. firs.
