• The monthly MRVP/A VP D1 H reports were submitted. <br /> The monthly Energy Consumption reports were submitted. <br /> 0 I attended the following meetings: Cape housing authority director's meting, and three sub- <br /> committee meetings for SHADO to plan the next SHADO presentation/training at the <br /> MassNAHRO conference in November. <br /> 0 We received notice from DHCD that our Fiscal Year 2009 budget has been approved as <br /> revised. + <br /> • 1 received two scholarships to attend the fall l lass lAHR J conference, the cast to the <br /> housing authority is zero. I received one scholarship from SHADO and one from <br /> asst AHRo. Thank you rotes have been sent. Blackman and Mr, Terrones: <br /> As you know, approximately three years ago the Mashpee Housing Authority(MHA) partnered with E.A. <br /> Fish and Associates and Peabody properties(PPI) to develop Asher"s path Apartments in I ashpee. Since <br /> June of 2007 our Executive Director has been working closely with Peabody Properties to assist in the <br /> tenant selection, lease-up, and day-to-day management of the site, with the plan to take over <br /> management from PPI by the end of this year. Our Executive Director has worked !Hard to meet all of the <br /> goals and expectations set forth by MHTC in order for this turn-over its management to be acceptable to <br /> you and we believe she has gone above and beyond to address all of the areas of potential concern. <br /> Mrs. Botsford has been trained and certified as a Certified Credit Compliance Professional by Spectrum <br /> Enterprises and she continues to mend regular trairings for the LIHTC pro�ras Two other MHA staff <br /> members (Rose Chenard and Gina Orlando) have now also been grained by Spectrum Enterprises and <br /> they will also continue their education and training. firs. Botsford has spent time with both # .s. Chenard <br /> and fps. Orlando to train them on the day-to-da' operations of the Asher's Path site and this training will <br /> be on-going, as well. <br /> Mrs. Botsford has been working diligently with PPI staff'to come up with a plan to satisfy HI `s concerns <br /> with regards to the amounting piece.
