The MHA would pay for these costs out of its own operating budget. <br /> Under the direction and readership of Mrs. Botsford, tier's Path has received a positive review from <br /> Spectrum.Enterprises, as indicated in their letter of September 1 , 2009 and MassHousing has approved <br /> the charge inr management from PPI to MHA. In addition, unit tura-overs are done in a timely manner, <br /> accounts receivable are collected successfully and in a timely manner, and the buildings and grounds are <br /> maintained In a safe, decent, and attractive manner, <br /> If MHIC approves the change in management, as Executive Director of the MHA, Mrs. Botsford will <br /> continue to be responsible for overseeing all operations at Asher's Path, with the day-to-day <br /> administrative assistance of Nis.
