That area is now zoned for "all slow/no <br /> wake" and the usage has been restricted. The committee <br /> suggests implementing the sane regulation at the Mash ee- <br /> wa key Lake boat ramp area. Mr. Marsters observes the ]goat <br /> ramp itself, needs to be checked for a protruding metal bar, <br /> which could present a problem during ]goat launching. <br /> John' s Pond Associate3 Associateapproached the Waterways committee <br /> this winter with problems due to low water level. A chan- <br /> nel that directly feed3 a Shoal area is filling in, and <br /> they request something be done . The committee 3uggestion <br /> is that John' s Pend Associates come to a meeting to discuss <br /> isues . Mr. Michael Ford is the spokesman for John' s Pond <br /> Associates . John' s Pond intends to rebuild their entire <br /> sluiceway; ars article, seeking funds, appears on a warrant, <br /> and the Finance Committee has approved. <br /> Mr. Hanks suggests expanding- the scope of Mashpee-Wakeby <br /> Lake Co=itt e to deal with all lakes in the town. The <br /> committee was appointed by the selectmen as a result of a <br /> petition.
