The committee position would be that Ma h ee- Wake y <br /> e listed under the sane state regulations that currently <br /> apply to Webster Lake . <br /> There is official notice that the Department of Fisheries, <br /> Wildlife and Environmental Law will hold public hearing at <br /> Ma h ee Town Hall on June 6, 2000 at 7 : 00 p.m. The notice <br /> reads as follows : <br /> "Under the authority of M. .L. , Chapter 30A and <br /> M.G.L. , Chapter 90B, Section 11, the Division of Law <br /> Enforcement (MEP) of the Dept . of Fisheries, Wildlife and <br /> Environmental Law Enforcement will hold a public- hearing on <br /> June 6, 2000 at 7 : 00 p,m. at the Ma h ee Town Mall, 1 <br /> Great Neck Road North, Mahee, MA 02649, in order to <br /> receive public cormment pursuant to 323 CM , relative to the <br /> implementation of boating rules and regulations concerning <br /> boat operations on Mashpee-T ake y Pond, located in the town <br /> of Mahee and Sandwich, MA, and not limited to speed of <br /> operation, water-skiing or person in tow, times of opera- <br /> tion, required 'safet y equipment anc the operation of <br /> personal watercraft . A copy of the craft regulations is <br /> available by written request and SASE to' Director, MEP, 175 <br /> Portland -Street, Boston, MA 02114 .
