[agenda topic 31 Newsletter <br /> Discussion: Don Myers attended the meeting briefly to report that the newsletter could be added to the <br /> Town Web site. Barbara Nichols spoke with a worker er at the Ma hpee Post Office who reported out <br /> newsletter was,not oversized or over weight and should mail for 42 cents. Don Myers said that It couldn't <br /> go out as a normal sized letter on the Town's machine,therefore the 80 cert cost. Should we send-the <br /> newsletter in an envelope, and or mail it at the Post Office for 421.cents and request rel ursement from <br /> leisure Services? We don't want to add an unnecessary cost to the Town. Members were reminded that <br /> they should be working on articles for the fall newsletter. <br /> Conclusions: The newsletter can be added to the Town web site, Confusion on cost of the mailing <br /> remains. <br /> [Agenda lopi ].-Cle ela. d'I lad campers <br /> Discussion.
