[AgtndA'topk 31' mix er Newsletter <br /> Discussion: Only one newsletter was retwmed for an incorrect address, and this was updated. The <br /> committee received an email from Joyce Mason requesting that the next newsletter contain information <br /> noting that the mailing of newsletters will be phased out and only available on the Town web site. <br /> Members felt that educating the propel owners around the lake in practices to protect the water quality <br /> was important. Mailing costs are now 88 cents each, from the Town Hall machine,double the cost of <br /> F <br /> mailing at the Post Office. l lil e Richardson will look into why the Town machine costs for mailing are <br /> more expensive. <br /> Conclusion; The newsletter was finished and mailed September l t, and i also availabl ori the Tom web <br /> site. we would like to continue to mail a hard copy of the newsletter to tol .s within 300 tt. of the lat e <br /> beyond next spring. <br /> [Agenda to0it4]C16v'61afi.d Island <br /> Discussion: Paul Harrington received a phone call from Mr. Lipnosk 's agent,Polo Garcia, giving hien <br /> permission to post Cleveland Island"No Trespassing"and notify police if campers returned to the island <br /> next summer. Chris wrote back that the only option may bb to post the property"'No <br /> Trespassing" for boaters.
