With hese changes, Joyce approved the newsletter on Sept. 2 . <br /> She sent it to David to be posted on the Toga web site. No response <br /> had been received by this meeting. <br /> Conclusions: This committee supported NEC's efforts to lover the speed limit in Mashpee & W keby. <br /> [Agenda topic ].deters Pond Protection <br /> Discussion: Barbara noted that a CCT editorial praised a Betty Bourgault of Sandwich, who is trying to <br /> nn a volunteer group to better rnoni*tor and protect Peters Pond in.Forestdale.
