There was about <br /> inches of water in the stream at the level of the stairs with 2 inches of sand build-up. These levels were <br /> reported to Drew McManus in Conservation. Barbara also removed some small sticks from the stream <br /> and replaced some small stones in the jetty. P <br /> Conclusions: The lake level is below 55.5 t. above sea level due to lack of precipitation. <br /> [Agenda topic 2] Hours of PCW Operation. =. <br /> Discussion: Peter O'Leary mentioned to Barbara(when they met on a trip to do water quality testing with <br /> Rick York) that the assistant harbormasters were enforcing the town rule of"no operation after 7 PM" <br /> even though the State Access Board had put a new sign of"sunrise to sunset."No violations were noted <br /> by members living on.the lake. Andrew mentioned the new No wake signs that had been put up 'in the <br /> channel between the lakes. Andrew and llama Joseph, guest, did not feel that the PCW operator's <br /> adhesion to boating rules was improved at all. PCW operators have been observed transporting large <br /> numbers of people to Lowell Holly Reservation on the weekends. <br /> Conclusions: A few operators have been sent off the lake when it is covered by an assistant harbormaster. <br />
