Nichols. <br /> Attendees: Members: William Taylor, Barbara Nichols, Debi McManus, <br /> Guests: Stephen M-one, Harbormaster <br /> The minutes of the September 24, 2012 meeting were accepted as written, after a motion by Andrew and <br /> second by Debi. <br /> Agenda 'to cs <br /> [Agenda topic 1] Dake level <br /> Discussion: The two lake measurements done in. October were.55.2 feet above sea level with 11.5 an <br /> 10.5 inches of water flowing over the board closet to the lake. There are 8 inches of water in the stream <br /> near the stairs and 3 inches of sand build-up. A few 2 inch long herring were noted swn' A ming <br /> downstream. <br /> Conclusions: The take remains at 55.2 ft. with little precipitation this past month. <br /> [Agenda topic 2] Fafl Newsletter <br /> Discussion: Barbara presented articles on lake measurements, water equality, Barnstable County testing for <br /> bacteria, and also Georges article on the boat washing station for member s approval for the newsletter. <br /> Andrew promised to get his articles in this week on the fertilizer lave limiting phosphorus and the Red <br /> Head Pondweed. Andrew suggested setting up a Grail account for the committee for folks to respond <br /> regarding articles in the newsletter. Barbara presented a four page completed part. <br /> Conclusions: we await the completion of two more articles. <br />
