Stewart Robert Associates <br /> Meeting is brought to order at 7:10 p.m. Minutes of July 23, 2002 are <br /> accepted by way of motion. <br /> Kevin Connolly introduces Stewart Roberts to the Board and asks him to <br /> proceed with his presentation. <br /> Stewart Roberts: <br /> Mx. Roberts explains his presentation is broken down both numerically by <br /> graph and picture graph as well. He has taken the old library proposal and <br /> compared it with a new proposal he has developed and presents to the board. <br /> Mr. Roberts carefully and meticulously explains his proposal and each <br /> breakdown of square footage. (both graphs are attached for reference). He <br /> has made informative recommendations and suggested where increases and <br /> decreases may be made if so desired. He presented this +/- 20,000 square <br /> foot library with as new construction however since the determination has <br /> not yet been made as to how the town will proceed he leaves room for that <br /> change as well. He feels $200 per square food cost for construction only is <br />
