REVIEW of 10114/03 MINUTES The minutes were amended as follows: Page 2 under FUND RAISING REPORT FRIENDS of THE LIBRARY First line, eyndy Parker's name'should be spelled Cindy Parker. Opening the partition would allow for larger community meetings/events.- 6, . .. - ty Reduce the initial purchase of new furniture and fixtures to reflect the libraryls presentlibrary's inventory instead of preparing for a future *Invent Ory increase. - Helene stated that the above suggestions for change would reduce the cost of the project without destroying the purpose of the project.- Any further reductions in Size/cost would result in re uc±ion of planned services to the community. Tom O'Neill added that substituting less a pensive roofing and siding materials would additional) reduce the cost of the project. It also was rioted that there are a large number of windows n the second floor, some which coup be i'rr�inated. After making geometric changes to reduce the size of the new library, and using the revis ed dost of '1 r p square footJt will be possible to determine a new, lower cast for construction of the neW library. f
