The committee unanimously <br /> approved as corrected the 1105/05 minutes. <br /> STEW ART ROBERTS PRESENTATION <br /> Stewart Roberts stated that tonight he would be looking at the following design updates: the <br /> site plan; 2 the floor plans; elevation pian refinements and building materials. <br /> Site Plan. The current site plans calls for 98 parking spaces. The setback from Steeple Street <br /> ,matches all the other buildings on the street. The plan allows for future expansion out from the <br /> back of the library. Tori O'Neill stated that the setback from Fit. 151 is 75 feet. Setback <br /> requirements-for the new building will be confirmed with the Planning Board. <br /> Floor Pleas. <br /> Fest.Floor. Mr. Roberts hes extended out the Program Room,, adding to the length of the <br /> building slightly. With the extra space, a small meeting room has been created in the Program <br /> Room.. The stairway has been charged to a triple-run stairway. The storage room has been <br /> moved back behind.the circulation desk.. The Kitchen adjacent to the Events Room has been <br /> enlarged, without losing the front entryway next to the Everts Room. <br /> Second Floor._ A bathroom has been added. The reference desk has been enlarged, and <br /> changed from round to square-shaped, to accommodate a third staff person. <br /> At Bridget Bontrager's suggestion, Helene DeFoe requested that the computer and reference <br /> collection sections be flipped, placing the reference collection in between the computers and the <br /> referenc6 desk, Keeping to a minimum any disturbance near the computer section. <br /> Elevations. <br /> 1 <br /> Pry Wood trim has been added, which will be a composite material and painted to add interest <br /> to the lines of the front of the building. A bowed window has been added over the front entryway, <br /> on the second floor. <br />
