Mr. William A. Blaisdell, was Acting Chairman, Board Members, Dom <br /> DeBarros, Scott Goldstein, and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley, Norman J. Gould, and <br /> Sharon Sangeleer were present. Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza was also <br /> present. Board Members, Jonathan.Furbush and Ron Bonvie were absent. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> 66 Massasoit Avenue: Owners, Patrick M. and Sharon M. O'Connor request a Variance <br /> of the rear property line under §174-31 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of <br /> a deck on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 72 Parcel 30, Mashpee, MA. <br /> (Continued front October 25, 2017 at the request of the attorney). <br /> Attorney, Kevin Kirrane represented the applicants for this request, and he would like to <br /> defer the Variance request because there is also a request for a Written Finding on the <br /> Agenda as well. Mr. Kirrane believes that the Written Finding would apply more to this <br /> specific case than the Variance. <br /> Acting Chairman, Bill Blaisdell asked Mr. Kirrane if he would like to withdraw the <br /> Variance this evening. Mr. Kirrane said; yes. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion to withdraw the Variance application for 66 Massasoit <br /> Avenue, Mr. Gould seconded, yes. All were in favor of the withdrawal <br /> 29 Overlook Knoll Road: Owners, Frederick J. and Linda Naddaff request a Written <br /> Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a single-family dwelling <br /> and deck on property located in an R-3 Zoning District and the Popponesset Overlay <br /> District, (Map 118 Parcel 33), Mashpee, MA. (Continued fi-om November 8, 2017 <br /> Bearings). <br /> Mr. Blaisdell opened this hearing stating that this case has become quite complicated. <br /> There are several potential options available to the applicant. It should be noted that there <br /> is an outstanding appeal of the Conservation Commissions ruling to approve this property <br /> and there is also a lawsuit initiated against the Mashpee Board of Health for their ruling on <br /> this property.
