The 22' x 22' apartment
was constructed that was originally used as a one-car garage, and it did not extend beyond
the original footprint. Mr. Hall supplied the Board with a hand-drawn plan that did not
depict the existing kitchen facility or bedroom. The Board had a discussion regarding the
accessory apartment requirements in the bylaws and determined that the application was
incomplete. Therefore the case was continued by the applicant and the Board requested
that he return with the required information on a revised plan.
On August 9,2017,Mr. Philip Hall returned to present his application and provided
a revised first floor plan, second floor plan, a site plan and the existing parking. The plan
also depicted the smoke detectors and the CO detectors for the entire living space within
the home and was inspected by a fire inspector.
1
