Thompson <br /> 34 Riverside Road (Map 119 Parcel 12 5) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2017-38 <br /> Mr. Cook said the plans were drawn by JC Engineering and complies with the 20 <br /> & setback. <br /> An abutter that lives at 3 Bayview Way wanted clarification on the building plans <br /> and parking. The abutter asked if it's possible to drive over the septic system. <br /> Mr. Goldstein said that if the septic is under the driveway, it has to be designed to <br /> handle that. The structures are not allowed to go over the 20%lot coverage,and'in this case <br /> it is under. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Written Finding under M.G.L. 40A §6.Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public <br /> Hearings on Wednesday, July 26, 2017, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously <br /> to issue a Written Finding based on the following conditions; <br /> I.
