(Owner of Record: Suzanne Rogers). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 16, 2017 and June 23, 2017 a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> sat in on this hearing; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, <br /> Board Members, Ron Bonvie, Dom DeBarros, and Scott Goldstein. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented the application for the prospective purchaser <br /> of the property located at 73 Mercantile Way.Also present was Mr. McCracken,Petitioner, <br /> Matt Eddy, with Baxter Nye Engineering, and Joao Junqueira, with Capewide <br /> Construction. The plot plan shows that the property is located in the 1-1 Industrial Zone. <br /> The lot consists of 159,560 sq. ft. and has 300 linear ft. along Mercantile Way and abuts <br /> Great Hay Road which is an unapproved way on the south easterly section of the lot. This <br /> parcel will be serviced by public water supply and there is a proposed independent onsite <br /> sub-service sewage disposal system as part of the overall system of the site. This matter <br /> has gone before the Mashpee Plan Review Committee, and they recommended approval <br /> with the submitted plans. <br /> The applicant is proposing construction of a 9,939 sq. ft. industrial storage building <br /> which is typical of a number of buildings that have already been constructed in the <br /> Industrial Zone areas. The building will be separated into a maximum of fifteen (15) <br /> separate units as provided on the site plan. <br /> 1 <br />
