Attorney Kirrane said that there will be a large drainage area <br /> installed that is required by the State. Chairman Furbush read the Board of Health, <br /> Conservation, and Inspection Department comments into the record. <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT CRITERIA <br /> The subject property located at 53 Mercantile Way is approximately 76,500 square <br /> feet. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Special Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings. on <br /> Wednesday, June 14, 2017, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a <br /> Special Permit under §174-24 (C) and §174-25 G (6) (14) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow <br /> for construction of a 7,440 sq. ft. storage building consisting of six (6) separate bays in an <br /> industrial zone. This motion/approval is also conditioned upon the following; <br /> 1. A plan titled; Existing Conditions Plan:Prepared for: Capewide Construction Inc. <br /> 759 Falmouth Road,Project Title: 53 Mercantile Way,Mashpee,MA 02649, Sheet <br /> No C2.0, Date: April 28, 2017, Scale: 1" =20', Drawn by: SDM, Checked by: <br /> MWE, Job No.: 2017-009, File: 2017-009-EC.dwg., Prepared by: Baxter Nye <br /> Engineering & Surveying, Registered Professional Engineers, 78 North St. 3`d <br /> Floor, Hyannis, Mass.
