MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A MODIFICATION TO A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> Kathleen J. MacRoberts <br /> 16 Papnomett Road(Map 61 Parcel 46) <br /> Mashpee,MA 02649 <br /> MOD-2017-27 (SP-2016-35) <br /> Mr. Goldstein read the Inspection Department comments into the record. Mr. <br /> Blaisdell read the Conservation Comments into the record. Mr.Furbush read the Board of <br /> Health comments into the record. Mr. Bonvie read the DPW comments into the record. <br /> The Board had a discussion regarding the DPW Director's comments and suggested <br /> that the applicant meet with Catherine Laurent to discuss the curb cut permit. <br /> There were no abutters present. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> modification to a Special Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public <br /> Hearings on Wednesday,May 24,2017,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously <br /> to issue a modification (MOD-2017-27) for the previously granted Special Permit (SR- <br /> 2016-35). <br /> The Board approved the deck addition in the rear of the house and the ramp on 16 <br /> Papnomett Road as shown on the plan titled; Foundation Certification located at 16 <br /> Papnomett Road, Mashpee, MA, prepared for Kathleen J. MacRoberts, dated January 18, <br /> 2017, and prepared by EAS Survey Inc., PO Box 1729 Sandwich, MA 02563 with <br /> modification by the applicant in hand-written form is a minor modification. This is <br /> conditioned upon all department comments read into the record. Referencing a DPW <br /> comment that clearly states the homeowner allows for three vehicles to park on the property <br /> and not on the street and is subject to the applicant's approval to a meet with the DPW <br /> Director regarding the possibility of a curb cut permit for off-street parking. <br /> 2 <br />
