Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, <br /> April 12, 2017 the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Variance with <br /> the following conditions; <br /> 1. An 8 ft. Variance for the front yard setback, and the hardship is due to the <br /> typography of the lot. Referencing a prior issued 3 ft. side yard variance (V-2016- <br /> 48) which will remain in existence with this issued variance. <br /> 2. All Town department comments read into the record. No habitable space above <br /> garage as noted in the previous issued Variance (V-2016-48). <br /> 3. Will require a curb cut permit from the DPW. <br /> 4.
