Board Members present were,lames E. Regan III, Vice <br /> Chairman, and Associate Members Robert G. Nelson, James M. Dorgan and Richard T, <br /> Guerrera. Board Members absent were Chairman Edward M, Govoni, Clerk Cheryl A. <br /> Hawver and Associate Member Michael A. Makunas. Building Commissioner William F. <br /> Hauck and Local Inspector Russell W. The application <br /> has been approved by the Conservation Commission, Harbormaster and the Shellfish <br /> Warden.
