Mr. Govoni stated that they have
revised the building plan and will have a masonry front and improved the pitch of the roof
Mr. Butler said the improved landscaping and change of design will raise the costs b
$40,000 to $50,000. He suggested a condition that Design Review give a final a roval
of the landscape plan. pp
Ms. Hawver moved to grant the Special Permits ubject to the following conditions:
1999
1. posting a landscape bond of$5,000 with the limit that it be completed by May,
2. approval of the lighting and landscape plans by Design Review
Mr. Nelson seconded. All agreed.
Ms. Hawver stated that the applicant has done substantial improvement to the design. Mr.
Nelson asked for projected traffic volume and Mr. Butler stated that the Cape Cod
Commission had said they would have minimum impact from the Hyannis facility and this
would be smaller.
Minutes: Mr. Nelson moved to accept minutes of April 8 with note that the legal notice
on Wendy Long was incomplete.
Fresh water docks -there was discussion of waiving requirement for engineered plans for
freshwater docks.
