Regan, E. Govoni, M. Makunas <br /> Engineer John Slavinsky of Cape& Islands Engineering represented the applicant. Mr. Regan <br /> moved to grant the Special Permit allowing the accessory use of the pier, ramp, and float was <br /> allowable since the lot is not currently buildable. Mr. Makunas seconded. Mr. Govoni made the <br /> vote unanimous. <br /> Me rMeadow En er rises Inc. -Requests a Variance from Section 174.31 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to vary the lot size and frontage requirements on property located in a C-2 <br /> zoning district at 22 Falmouth Road, (Map 55, Block 24)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Member sitting: M. Makunas, E. Govoni, J. Regan <br /> Engineer John Slavinsky represented the applicant and explained that he had presented an earlier <br /> petition requesting a variance in the side line setback to allow for an addition to the Barn. The <br /> Board had suggested that the lot line could be moved to avoid the need for a variance. Mr. <br /> Slavinsky explained that if the new plan is accepted he would need a variance on frontage and lot <br /> size before the Planning Board would sign the plan. The Board determined that the earlier plan <br /> should be used. Mr. Makunas moved to grant a variance of 12 feet to allow a sideline variance of <br /> 8 feet. He explained that the shape and topography affect the use of the land. Mr. Regan <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br /> Todd Sullivan - Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-17 and 174-20 for permission to <br /> demolish and existing house, cottage, shed and craft show and replace them with a house and <br /> cottage on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 66 Redbrook Road (Map 110, Block 58A, <br /> Mashpee, MA , <br /> Members sitting: J. Regan, M. Makunas, R. Nelson <br /> Mr. Govoni stepped down from the Board on this Hearing. <br /> Mr. Sullivan represented himself expressing his plans to the Board. Lengthy discussion was had <br /> as to what zoning would allow, how the structure was previously used and the condition of the <br /> structure in recent years. <br />
